Please note that the Solution is offered in multiple jurisdictions in which cannabis is legal under state law and regulation. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of Personal Information may differ between such jurisdictions in order to comply with state law and regulation. If we become aware that anyone under-age has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information and the associated account.

Users Outside of The United States

The Service and the servers upon which the Service is hosted are located in the United States and are intended only to be used by individuals in the United States. Personal Information you submit using the Solution will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using the Solution and submitting Personal Information, you authorize this transfer.
